Concept B 200 USB
Teufel presents, with the Concept B, the first 2.0 music equipment that’s successfully been developed for connection to the PC with optimal sound - without a horrible price.
Loudspeaker and amplifiers
The set’s composed of two, two-way loudspeakers with an integrated amplifier in a separate full metal housing. The small speakers can be set to the left and right of the screen, and the small amplifier finds a spot wherever; for instance, under the monitor.

The separation of the loudspeakers and the amplifier delivers many different advantages for you: slimmer speakers, higher connection possibilities, easier usage, better sound.
USB-Sound card
The connection to your PC is handled via USB. Through the integrated USB soundcard in the Concept B 200 USB, you’re no longer dependent on the ineffective sound card provided in your PC. Thus fantastic Teufel sound quality is good for every computer, every time.
USB hub
We’ve also put together an integrated USB hub that allows you to connect further USB devices to your PC. That means scanners, printers, etc or that USB record player for your vinyl treasures.
Connectors – also for your headphones and mike
The external amplifier offers three connector possibilities for three other devices – now you can also profit from your MP3 Player, iPod dock or games console with the Concept B 200. Of course, you can also enjoy your headphones and/or mike connection as a combination headset.
120 Watt amplifier
The small amplifier has some real performance wrapped up in it. Four 30 watt power amplifiers individually supply optimum power to the two high and two mid- to low range drivers of the stereo speaker. The result is an active two-way system; only the power amps are in the separate amplifier and not – as is common in other models – included in the speaker.
The sound
The two slender speakers are optimally aligned for the amplifier and the area of use (= short hearing distance). You achieve a linear frequency response which is adequately included in the bass area-not in the least thanks to an integrated bass reflex opening in the trumpet foot.
Monitor Quality
The balanced frequency response with an exact, detail-rich resolution prepares this set for analytical tasks in the audio-video studio areas - where an exact playback is of the highest importance.
HiFi on your PC
The Concept B 200 brings the original HiFi ideals into the world of price-conscious PC loudspeakers. If you want hefty bass and fantastic effects above all else, a subwoofer-satellite set should be your first choice. The decision for a more natural, neutral sound tone (for instance, Jazz/Classic/Folk) can now be made: sound on your PC = Concept 200 USB.
