| Terms and Conditions of Participation: |
| § 1 |
Eligible persons are of-age people with their residence in a country to which Lautsprecher Teufel regularly delivers. (A full list can be found here). Minors are only allowed to take part with the agreement of their parent or legal guardian. Lautsprecher Teufel GmbH employees or relatives are excluded. |
| § 2 |
If you want to take part in the Christmas calendar competition, enter your information in the box on this site. The participant is only entered for the competition on the day in which they are signed up. Entries on multiple days are possible. |
| § 3 |
The participants in the competition may participate once per day and only under their own name. A participant that enters using a false name or adds themself more than once per day to the Christmas calendar competition will be disqualified. Lautsprecher Teufel GmbH has the right to disqualify any person manipulating the results or using illicit aid to win the competition. A win through this method will be subsequently withdrawn or forfeited. |
| § 4 |
The competition runs every day from 01.12.2009 to 24.12.2009. The given date and time of the personal data into the competition will apply. |
| § 5 |
The winner is drawn equally from all Christmas calendar competition participants for that day and will be informed by e-mail. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond for the first four weeks after the drawing, their claim is forfeited and a new winner will be chosen by lot. |
| § 6 |
Valid submissions are correctly subscribed to the Lautsprecher Teufel GmbH Christmas calendar competition. The winning participant is responsible for the accuracy of their information. |
| § 7 |
Lautsprecher Teufel GmbH will bear the shipping costs of the system within all regular delivery countries (see § 1) to the winner’s delivery address. |
| § 8 |
If the delivery takes place through forwarding, the shipping company will work together with the winner to set a delivery date. The winner can then specify a second address for the delivery of the package. If the delivery service is unable to deliver to the first or second addresses given, the winner will then be responsible for paying for delivery upon the third try. |
| § 9 |
It is not possible to divulge or transfer the winning system claim to another person. |
| § 10 |
Lautsprecher Teufel GmbH holds the right to cancel the competition at any time and without any reason. Lautsprecher Teufel GmbH will utilise this right if technical reasons or manipulation of the competition is found to have occurred. If the competition is canceled, Lautsprecher Teufel GmbH has the right to claim damages from the offending party. |
| § 11 |
Legal recourse is excluded. |
